William M. Chasanov
  Mr. Chasanov received his law degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 1967, and his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1964. He is admitted to practice law in Delaware. Mr. Chasanov specializes in Criminal Law, Family Law, and Personal Injury Law.
Peter K. Schaeffer Jr.
  Mr. Schaeffer received his law degree from Widener School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice law in Delaware and New York. Mr. Schaeffer obtained his accounting designation of Certified Financial Examiner in 1999, and has done statutory financial solvency audits for Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Guam. Mr. Schaeffer specializes in civil litigation and debt relief (personal bankruptcies). Mr. Schaeffer is also Corporate council for AAERT (American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers) AAERT logo
Ron Poliquin
  Ron Poliquin currently concentrates on representing plaintiffs in employment cases including discrimination, overtime disputes, and discrimination cases, along with other civil rights litigation.

Previously, as an attorney with the law firm of Young, Malmberg & Howard Poliquin successfully litigated a groundbreaking Taxpayer Rights case declaring over $200 million in taxpayer money being held illegally by government officials. Ron also spearheaded a Taxpayers Rights case resulting in a $50,000.00 scholarship fund for high school students promoting open and honest government. His cases have been recognized by the National Taxpayers Union and featured in publications such as USA Today, The Heartland Institute's Budget and Tax News, and Delaware Law Weekly.

Ron regularly volunteers to represent domestic abuse victims earning a spot on the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services' Honor Roll every year as a member of the Bar. He is a member of Rotary International, the City of Dover Parking Authority, and former chief operating officer for the City of Dover's Fourth of July Celebration.

Ron is married to his wife Maria have a two (2) year old son Ronin and 5 month old newborn while residing in Dover. They are parishioners at Holy Cross Church where Maria serves as the Executive Officer on the Parish Council.

At Eureka College, Ron was a stand out football player earning All Conference Honors, being awarded the Nick's Award as the school's Outstanding Offensive Lineman three years in a row, and was named team captain his senior year. Ron then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. At Widener, Ron was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, Widener Law Rugby Club, and was awarded the Dean Arthur Weeks Student Leadership Award upon graduation.
